PLYWOOD AND VENEERS

Our Company manufactures the veneer peeling which produces Face and Core Veneers. We believe in making the quality based products. We are making veneer for the production of Plywood, Flush Doors and Block Boards

When it comes to veneer, quality is everything. And the best, most visually-enthralling veneer can only be achieved when you start with superior grade hardwood and softwood timber. That's why, we have the best, most unique veneer-quality timber. We have been placed at the forefront of the veneer manufacturing, importing, and exporting.

FLUSH DOORS

We are the renowned manufacturer and supplier of the flush doors. We manufacture these flush doors by using selected and seasoned timber. Our professionals use latest manufacturing technique to ensure quality and durability of these products. Board core is framed with seasoned hard wood/ pine wood battens and pressed at high pressure with phenol formaldehyde resin under cross banding process. This whole manufacturing process is closely monitored by qualified personnel who make sure that all flush boards match to international quality norms.

BLOCK BOARDS

We are the renowned manufacturer and supplier of the Block Boards. Raw Material Farm Timber is made into veneers of uniform thickness. Veneers are dried on mechanical driers. Stress of dried veneers relieved to make it wrap-free and dimensionally stable through tenderization and Tropicalization process. Veneers are throughly treated with phenol formaldehyde as per IS : 848 Phenol treatd venners are further chemically treated in dipping tanks. The product is sample tested in the laboratory at every step so as to ensure uncompormised quality

LUMBERS

SAWN TIMBER

Sawn timber is timber that is cut from logs into different shapes and sizes. Sawn timber is generally cut into varying rectangular widths and lengths, but may also be wedge shaped. Common sawn timber products include solid timber beams and more rectangular timber sections. All sawn timber products are graded. Structural timber needs to be stress graded. It may be graded by visual or mechanical means.

HARD WOOD

TEAK WOOD
